Place an Adoption Hold

The hold fee is only to be paid by adopters who are currently working with an adoption counselor to adopt a dog, and have confirmed with the adoption counselor that a hold fee can be placed. If you are not an approved adopter who is currently working with an adoption counselor who has instructed you to pay the fee but fill out the form below you will forfeit the fee.
