We are so excited to announce a *very* special adoption. Anderson Cooper (now Billy) made it official with his foster home, who are some of our biggest supporters and best volunteers. After coming dangerously close to foster failing their previous two, but deciding to wait for just the perfect one, Billy quickly charmed his way into their hearts with his sweet disposition and little smile.

This guy went from being a stray and then in a high kill shelter to glamping with a new fancy ‘do. Good boy, Billy. We can’t wait till you’re a foster brother showing future kids all about the OTAT good life.
