In a Nutshell: Bob Loblaw is a lovebug once he warms up to his people! This guy is doing well with his potty training and would love an adoptive home that will let him take on life in the PNW at his own pace. He’s been in foster with other dogs since joining us and is fine with them but also wouldn’t mind being the star of the show.
