Ready to Set Roots.

Looking for low key folks who want a constant home companion, Jicama doesn’t seem to mind kids, chases cats and has lived with many other dogs (but is doing well solo too). As an older guy, he appreciates a slower paced lifestyle and walks well on leash, is still working on only pottying outside and LOVES a soft spot to lay.

Arriving to us back in August after winding up in the shelter as part of a 15+ animal warrant seizure in a small town in West Texas, this poor guy was in rough shape physically. We got Buddy a full dental and some other stuff, put some weight on him, have seen him thrive in foster and now he’s ready to retire into the Good Life with adopters.
