In a Nutshell: Oscar Mayer is the sweetest lil’ guy who loves nothing more than cuddling up in your lap and giving some kisses. His foster guardians have been working on potty and crate training and Oscar’s been doing great with the other resident animals in their home. This curious little guy is great on leash and has been enjoying exploring his new Portland surroundings!
