Meet Outlaw. When this mugshot was sent to us, we just couldn’t say no. Because we believe in second chances. Plus, we’re pretty sure he’s in for a crime he didn’t commit. As a 1 year old dog friendly little Chihuahua/Min Pin mix, Outlaw will be coming to us soon when we will update more about him as we learn his personality.
