Ruff Puff is part of the Pastries litter that was born into OTAT PDX on 7/27/2020. While still very new to this world with lots remaining to develop, so far he’s a shy and playful guy who is learning all about the joys of toys. Smart and active, yet being alone is Ruff – he prefers having someone around while he continues gaining independence and confidence.
