Snack is a quintessential puppy to the extent that we half expected his photo and description to be in the dictionary for the term. He’s a fun and rambunctious kid that enthusiastically plays with dogs and humans alike, but is also happy keeping himself entertained with squeaky toys. With a clunky gallop he loves to play fetch, show off his leash skills on walks, and roll over for belly rubs on his spotted tummy. Snack is showing progress with house training with the assistance of pee pads, and is learning to properly redirect typical mouthy puppy behaviors. You would never guess that this happy boy was found as a stray in Texas at just 8 weeks old, later spending another 40 days in a shelter prior to coming to us. Snack can’t wait to continue exploring the Pacific Northwest now that he’s here and become his family’s treat.
