An affectionate boy hailing from El Paso, Tie loves to go on walks and play with his plush toys. He is already learning basics and is showing progress with walking on lead, though gets nervous when large, loud vehicles pass by. No info on cats just yet, though he expresses interest in them on walks. Tie will thrive in a home that allows him to be physically close to his person/people and able to get the reassurance he needs right now.
