Our OTAT PDX family of adopters, volunteers, fosters and supporters are the best there ever was and dangit, we don’t see each other enough over the years. Now that we’re coming up on our 4th birthday (and 435 dogs saved) we thought it high time we start a family reunion so we can see how all our babies have grown.
