In a Nutshell: Cardigan is a playful, confident, cuddly and spunky little guy with a ton of personality. He is super friendly with everyone he meets, great on a leash, OK in the crate, completely potty trained and seemingly very smart – he learned how to ring the bells on his foster’s back door to ask to go outside within a couple days of arriving in PDX. Cardigan is a cuddler who loves nothing more than to snuggle up to his foster parents on the couch or in the bed… his favorite place to be at night is the crook of an arm snuggled in!
