In a Nutshell: Herbert is an absolute angel! Since joining us in Portland, he has impressed his foster guardians (and OTAT’s staff!) with his quiet, gentle demeanor. He does well on leash but his favorite place is snoozing the days away with his people nearby for pets and snuggles when the time is right! Herbert’s been fantastic in foster and we think this guy will only continue to thrive in a calm adoptive home with guardians who are home most of the time as he gets more comfortable spending time away from his people.
