In a Nutshell: Santayana is an easygoing, mellow gal who is content entertaining herself but enjoys a good snuggle on the couch with her foster guardians too! She’s well behaved in the home and good on the leash and, even though the sights and sounds of the big city are new to her and can be a little intimidating, Santayana has acclimated to foster life gracefully. Before joining us in PDX Santayana tested positive for heartworm: we’ve got her treatment started already so that her recovery can continue in her forever home – feel free to let us know if you have any questions about what that entails!
