In a Nutshell: Shafter is a huge softy who is all love, all the time!  This big boy is housetrained, has made great progress in his crate training, enjoys nothing more than snuggling up with his people, and comes to you with a face that lights up every room he’s in. Shafter tested positive for heartworm before joining us in Portland – we’ve started his treatment already so that his recovery can continue in his PNW forever home where we know that this lovable goof will continue to thrive!
