In a Nutshell: Sticky Rice is a wiggly, soft, sweet ball of love and energy! She settled in right away to her foster home, and really wanted to play with the resident dog. We’re still figuring out cats, but she could potentially do so with some time and training. Her fosters say “She's extremely sweet and cuddly, very excitable, but not all that wild for a puppy!”
