In a Nutshell: Tonic is settling in super well for still only being the first week here in PDX! His foster reports: “Hes got a lot of energy and is very affectionate. He loves to run around the backyard and play with toys inside. He rarely barks or whines. Highly food motivated and quick to pick up on training. And other than a few small incidents hes housebroken and crate trained. Hes a great pup that is going to add a lot of love to a forever home!”
